Procurement & Sourcing
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for goods, equipment, and services.
Request and compare quotations to ensure quality and competitive pricing.
Negotiate with suppliers for better terms and contracts.
Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Supplier & Market Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
Research market trends and keep track of innovative products and pricing updates.
Monitor supplier performance and recommend improvements.
Cost & Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to save costs without compromising on quality.
Work with warehouse and logistics teams to support stock and inventory planning.
Maintain accurate purchasing data and generate regular reports.
Collaboration & Growth
Partner with different teams (Account, Stock, Operations) to meet business needs.
Support continuous improvement projects and digital procurement tools.
Learn from industry experts and gain exposure to global supply chain practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply).
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
Strong communication skills in Khmer and English.
Passion for learning, growth, and working in a fast-paced environment.
